Assessments

Pre and post-testing is available to determine the current level of expertise of the faculty and staff in the following areas:

1. Working with diverse learners.

2. Instructional planning.

3. Learning, memory and the brain.

4. Using media and technology in the classroom.

5. Special learners including special education, Title I, Gifted and Talented, and other special programs.

6. Authentic student assessment.

7. Tools that facilitate motivation.

8. Working with parents and other stakeholders.

9. Teaching practices that are sound.

10. Classroom management and discipline.


Based on the needs assessment and other data obtained from the district or school, consultants set up cadres of learners that includes a Course Administrator assigned to the group, an in-house coach for the group and an assigned consultant.
